Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, the following terms and conditions apply to all of the sites that we work on:
- When we have completed the website as per quotation, we will invoice you. The outstanding balance will then be due. There is no 30 day credit.
- A written quotation will be provided prior to commencement of work. Any quotes issued will be valid for a month only.
- Our liability is limited to a refund - no additional liability arises from loss of work due to any failure of the site or search engine performance.
- Whilst we submit your website to the major search engines, we do not guarantee any listing because inclusion is beyond our control.
- Ownership of the contents of the website transfers to the customer only after full payment.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and the buyer is not relying on any statements or representations made by the seller.
